  • Beef: 500 gram
  • dahi: aadha cup
  • papeeta paste: 1 chothai cup
  • lahsun: 2 chai ke chamach
  • adrak: 1 khanay ka chamach
  • lemoo ka ras: 1 khanay ka chamach
  • garam masala: 1 khanay ka chamach
  • hari mirch ka paste: 2 khanay ke chamach
  • laal mirch: 2 khanay ke chamach(Pissi hui)
  • namak. 1 chai ka chamach
  • Oil: 2 khanay ke chamach

Recipe:

1 bowl mein dahi, Papeetay ka paste, lahsun, adrak, lemoo ka ras, garam masala, hari mirch ka paste, laal mirch aur namak daal kar mix kar len. Is mixture mein gosht ko marinate karlen. phir un ko seekh par lagayen aur grill karen. aakhir mein brush ki madad se oil lagayen. mazay daar tikka boti serve karen.
