Ingredients

  • chicken aadha kilo
  • dahi 1cup
  • pissi hui laal mirch aik khanay 1 chamcha
  • pissi hui haldi aadha chaay ka chamcha
  • Cooking oil 1 cup
  • namak hasby zaroorat
  • lemon
  • hari mirchain or hara dhaniya گارنش k liye
  • pissa hwa garam masala 1 chaay ka chamcha
  •  koyla ka 1 tukra ( dhuwan dainay ke liye )

Recipe:

 Chicken ko dho kar rakh den. is ke baad 1 pyaale mein dahi nikaal len aur is mein haldi, namak, pissi laal mirch, garam masala, adrak lahsun ka paste aur thoda sa zrde ka rang shaamil karkay chicken par laga ly or 20-25 minute k liye fridge mein rakh den. ab aik pateeli mein tail garam karen aur masala lagi murghi ka gosht daal kar halki aanch par pakayen. jab gosht Gal jaye to is mein koyla dehka kar dhuwan den or lemoo, hari mirch aur hara dhaniya  garnish karen aur garma garam nan ke sath tanawor farmaayen .
