Pakoray Banane ka Tarika

besan 1 pao, kati pyaaz 1 Adad , zeera 1 chai ka chamcha, pissi laal mirch 1 chai ka chamcha, namak aadha chai ka chamcha, oil hasb e zaroorat.

Recipe:

Pakoray banane ke liye besan mein 1 chai ka chamcha zeera, pissi laal mirch, aadha chai ka chamcha namak aur 1 Adad kati pyaaz ke pakoray bana kar tal len, jab kari pak jaye to is mein banaye huay pakoray daal len. aakhir mein aadha cup oil garam karkay 6 Adad lahsun ke juye, 6 Adad gol mirch, 1 chaye ka chamcha zeera, 6 Adad kari pattu ko fry karen aur kari par daal den.
