  • daar cheeni: 2 tukre
  • kala zeera: 1 chamach
  • saabit laal mirch: 4 Adad
  • alaichi: 4 danay
  • safaid zeera: aadha chamach

Recipe:

sab se pehlay gosht mein pyaaz,  taiz pat , daar cheeni, alaichi aur namak daal kar galnay taq pakayen aur yakhni tayyar karlen. kala zeera, saabit laal mirch, oil mein fry kar ke chawal mein milayen. pateeli mein thora sa oil daal kar pyaaz fry karen aur adrak lahsun ka paste daal kar bhoone phir gosht daal kar achi tarha bhonay ab yakhni aur doodh daal den. obal anay par chawal dalain jis mein kala zeera saabit mirch malai hai chawal ka pani khushk honay par aadha chamach safaid zeera daal kar dam par rakh den. lazeez nawabi palao tayyar hai
