Pateeli mein oil garam karkay tamam masalay yani lahsun, adrak, laal mirch aur haldi daal den aur inhe bhoone len. phir is mein kaleji aur gurday shaamil kar den aur achi tarha bhoone. bhoone se hi kaleji aur gurdon ki smell khatam hogi. bhoone ke baad dahi phaint kar aur timatar bareek kaat kar is mein daal den aur halki aanch par paknay day kaleji jab Gal jaye to sookhi maithi aur hari mirch bareek kaat kar daal den aur cholha band kar den. chatpati masalay daar special kaleji tayyar hai.
