Ingredients

  • chicken aadha kilo
  • pyaaz 2 se 3 Adad
  • saabit laal mirch 9 se 10 Adad
  • timatar 2 Adad
  • Adrak ka paste 1 khanay ka chamcha
  • lahsun ka paste 1 khanay ka chamcha
  • dahi aik cup
  • pissi hui haldi aadha chaay ka chamcha
  • hari mirchain 2 se 3 Adad
  • pissa hwa garam masala 1 chaay ka chamcha
  •  maithi 1 cup

Recipe:

1 barray bartan mein tail garam karen is mein pyaaz daal kar brawn honay taq bhoonen. ab is mein saabit laal mirchain aur katay hue timatar daal kar mix karlen aur 5 minute tak chamcha chalayein. ab is mein chicken daal len, phir is mein adrak lahsun ka paste milayen aur 5 minute tak achi terhan mix karen. ab is mein dahi dalain, is ke baad haldi, laal mirch, namak aur pissa hwa zeera daal kar achi terhan mix karkay dhak ly or 10 minute taq dam den. ab is mein hari mirchain, garam masala aur khushk maithi daal kar achi tarha pakayen. aakhir mein hara dhaniya chhrhk kar 2 minute tak dam den. (mazedar Qasuri murgh tayyar hai)
