  • boil Rice: aadha kilo
  • jhinga(Prawn): aadha kilo
  • timatar: 2 Adad
  • saabit hari mirch: 4 Adad
  • Oil: aadha cup
  • dahi: aadha cup
  • cream: aadha cup
  • pyaaz: aadha cup(tali hui)
  • kari patta: 10 Adad
  • zeera: 1 chai ka chamach (bhuna aur pissa hua)
  • dhaniya: 1 chai ka chamach (bhuna aur pissa hua)
  • kewra: 1 khanay ka chamach
  • corn flour: 1 khanay ka chamach
  • timatar ka paste: 1 khanay ka chamach
  • lahsun ka paste: 3 chai ke chamach
  • laal mirch: aadha chai ka chamach (pissi hui)
  • haldi: aadha chai ka chamach
  • lemoo ka ras. 2 khanay ke chamach
  • hara dhaniya: 2 khanay ke chamach (kata hua)
  • namak: 2 chai ka chamach

Recipe:

Oil garam kar ke kari pattay aur timatar 2 minute tak fry kar len. ab is mein dahi, haldi, hara dhaniya, pissi hui laal mirch, timatar ka paste, lahsun ka paste, lemoo ka ras aur sabit hari mirchain daal kar 5 minute achi tarha fry karen. phir is mein jhinga shaamil kar ke fry karen. is ke baad cream aur kata hara dhaniya daal den. mixture ko gaarha karne ke liye corn flour ko 1 khanay ka chamach pani mein ghol kar shaamil karen aur cholhe se utaar len. chawal ko alag se zarde ke rang ke sath boil kar len. ab boil chaawlon ko bowl ke kinaroon par golai mein tarteeb den. darmiyan mein khaali hissay ko Prawn(jhinga) kari se bhar den. bareek kata dhaniya aur fry ki hui pyaaz se garnish kar ke Jhinga Pulao serve karen.
