Ingredients

  • makhan: 3 khanay ke chamach
  • lahsun: 1 chai ka chamach (kata hua)
  • pyaaz. 2 khanay ke chamach (KATI hui)
  • jhinghay: 500 gram
  • namak: aadha chai ka chamach
  • laal mirch: 1 chai ka chamach (pissi hui)
  • coconut milk: aadha cup
  • hari mirch: hasbey zaroorat (KATI hui)
  • hara dhaniya: hasbey zaroorat (kata hua)souse ┬áke liye:
  • makhan: 1 khanay ka chamach
  • adrak: 1 khanay ka chamach ( slice mein kati hui)
  • timatar ka paste: 3 khanay ke chamach
  • laal mirch: aadha chai ka chamach (pissi hui)
  • namak: aadha chai ka chamach
  • lemoo ka ras: 1 chai ka chamach
  • garam masala: aadha khanay ka chamach
  • water: aadha cup
  • corn flour paste: 1 chai ka chamach
  • Cream: 4 khanay ke chamach

Prawn (jhingay) ke liye:

makhan garam kar k is mein kata hua lahsun, kati hui pyaaz fry karen. ab is mein jhingay, namak, pissi laal mirch, coconut Milk aur tayyar kya hua souse makhani shaamil karen. aakhir mein kati hui hari mirch aur kata hua hara dhaniya daal kar mix karen.

Souse ke liye:

makhan garam kar k is mein slice mein kati hui adrak, timatar ka paste, laal mirch, namak, lemoo ka ras, garam masala aur aadha cup pani shaamil karkay pakayen.
Jab tak ke ubaal na ajay. ab is mein corn flour ka paste daal kar gaarha honay tak pakayen. aakhir mein cream daal kar cholhe se utaar len.

mazay daar Prawn (jhinga) makhani paish karen .
