  • pyaaz: 6 Adad
  • lahsun adrak: 1 khanay ka chamach
  • laal mirch: pissi hui hasb zaroorat
  • dhaniya pissa hua 2 chamach
  • kaali mirch: 2 chamach
  • namak: hasb zayeka
  • hari mirch: 4 Adad
  • dahi 1 kilo
  • oil 2 cup
  • podina 20 gram

Sab se pehlay 1 bartan mein gosht, lahsun, adrak bareek kati hui pyaaz, dhaniya, mirch aur oil daal kar 4 piyali pani ke sath charha de. halki aanch par rakhen jab gosht Gal jaye to dahi ko kaali mrchon ke sath khoob phent ly yahan taq ke bilkul Kareem ki shakal ho jaye. ab 1 barry size ka koyla aag mein achi terhan dekha ly. ab gosht ko itna bhoone ke oil alag honay lagey to cholha band kar dein. saalan thanda honay den. tayyar hua dahi saalan ke oopar phela kar dalain oopar se podina, hari mirch dalain phir aik roti ka tukraa darmiyan mein rakh kar jalta hua koyla rakh dein dhakan achi tarha se dhak den 15 minutes baad dhuwan dahi gosht tayyar hain.
