Curry Salan Recipe

Ingredients

  • lassi 1 kilo
  • lahsun 10 juye
  • pyaaz 2 Adad
  • besan 1 pao (250 gram)
  • haldi 1 chota chamcha
  • namak , mirch hasb e zaroorat
  • ghee aadha cup
  • soda aadha chai ka chamcha

Recipe:

lassi mein besan ko ghol len. namak, mirch, lahsun aur pyaaz ko pees len. ghee ki aadhi miqdaar mein masala khoob bhon len. khusbhoo anay lagey to lassi aur besan ka amezah daal kar halki aanch par gaarha honay tak pakayen ziyada patli ya gaarhi nah ho. dosray besan mein namak, mirch, pyaaz kaat kar khanay ka soda mila len, phir ghol kar ghee mein pakoray tal len aur sath sath Curry mein daalti rahen. thori si kati hui pyaaz aur saabit zeeray ka thoray se ghee mein baghar laga kar curry ke opar daal den.
